If the item is used or damaged, the refund amount may be reduced accordingly.

• Pack the item securely and send it to our return address.

• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

4. Refunds

5. Items That Cannot Be Returned

Items made to order or customized, and hygienic products with opened packaging, cannot be returned.
